Booking Conditions

• High season rates apply for Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Years Eve periods. Please contact us for more information
• Rates are in Euro per room per night and include buffet breakfast, service charges and IVA.
• Rates are excluding city tax of €1.50 per person, per night (maximum 7 nights)
• Adult 3rd bed supplement € 35,00 extra per night
• All guest rooms and communal indoor areas are non smoking

Check in Policy

• Check in: 2pm
  
• Check out: 10am
  
• Late departures or early arrivals can be arranged by special request (additional costs may apply).
• For any arrivals after 8:30 pm please contact us or call +39 081 878 1309 to arrange check in.

Children's Policy

• Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge in a room accompanied by adults and using existing bedding
• Children 3-12 years in room with parents supplement €25 per child including roll away bed
• Cot €10 per night

Note that all children need to be supervised in all common areas such as Breakfast Room and the Pool Terrace. No responsibility will be taken for unsupervised children at any time.

Cancellation Policy

• One night accommodation charge will apply for bookings cancelled or amended 3 days or less prior to arrival
• In the event of a no-show, early departure or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the full booking charge will apply
• For special event dates such as Public Holidays, Christmas and Easter 50% of the total booking charge will apply for bookings cancelled or amended 7 days or less prior to arrival.
